Air Logic manufactures miniature plastic Quick Disconnects. The patented design ensures a quick, easy, and reliable connection. Depress the latching push-button to remove the barb; reinsertion of the barb produces an audible click telling you the barb is locked into position. Patent #5,695,223. Straight-thru flow is standard, but shut-off capabilities are offered.

Three barb configurations are featured: a straight barb, a barbed elbow, and a barbed tee. The unique design allows the barbed fitting to swivel 360 degrees in the base. The fitting is sealed with a Buna-N, Ethylene Propylene, or a Viton o'ring.

The Quick Disconnects have 10-32 UNF male threads; the unique design of the threads allow the fitting to seal without a gasket.

The Quick Disconnects are available with barbs for 1/16", 1/8" or .170" I.D. tubing. The first barb does not have a molded parting line; this prevents the barb from leaking.
